By using this  website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products
We offer digital images (digital downloads), posters, and books. All digital products are delivered electronically, and physical products are shipped internationally.

2. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full before shipment or download access is granted. We accept  PayPal and Twiter in CH ].
Prices are displayed in EURO and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept also USD and CHF.

3. Digital Products
After payment, digital downloads will be available immediately or sent via email. Due to the nature of digital goods,
refunds are not available once the file has been accessed or downloaded. 

4. Physical Products
Physical products like posters and Annual Journals will be shipped as per our Shipping Policy. Please refer to it for detailed information.

5. Intellectual Property
All digital images and designs are protected by copyright Milena Kostadinovic and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our permission.

6. Returns and Refunds
For physical products, please check our return policy in the Shipping Policy document. Digital products are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [SERBIA]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in [SERBIA].
