Digital Products (Digital Images):
Slight colour differences between the digital file and the physical poster are possible and cannot be avoided for technical reasons.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive a download link via email.
No physical shipment is required for digital products.
Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive your files without delay.
Physical Products (Posters and Annual Journal ):

We ship internationally to most countries.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 - 15 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures in the destination country, which are beyond our control.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
Packaging:

We carefully package all posters and books to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist you.
